Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Classy Custom Crafts! We are committed to providing you with the best products and excellent service. Below is the information you need to know regarding shipping:

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume.  ***FUNDRAISER ORDERS REQUIRE A 15 BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND TO PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS.***
  • Customization: If your order includes custom designs or personalized items, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for production time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to us. We will assist in contacting the carrier, but please note that we are not responsible for lost packages.

6. Holiday Rush

Please all extra time for shipping due to the holiday season and/or inclement weather.  We will not be responsible for stolen, damaged packages or packages that have been delivered to the wrong address.  If your address has changed, please update before placing your order.

    7. Shipping Delays

    While we strive to meet our shipping times, please note that delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or holidays. We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) to avoid delays.

    8. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns: Due to the custom nature of t-shirts and transfers, we do not accept returns unless there is an error in production or a defect in the product. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
    • Exchanges: We only accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
